A little bit closer now...

Katie had a doctor's appoinment today and everything's going great. The doctor says anyday is fine for Babyrella to come. We're 3 1/2 cm. dilated and 80% effaced so it really could happen at anytime. Lots of contractions this week, but they don't stay regular for more than a couple of hours at a time. Babyrella measured a week ahead of her due date for the second time this month so the doctor suggested not going past due date. We decided to schedule an induction for Tuesday Jan. 9th if she hasn't come before then. So this time next week we'll be bringing our little girl home - what a thought!!!

We knew having a baby would change our life - we just figured it would happen after she was born. Who knew we'd be captivated by her from the moment we found out we were having a baby? Life definitely has changed - our favorite movie now is the hour long video of her three ultrasounds and our favorite sight in the world is the picture of her little profile! She's beatuiful already!

Are we there yet?

We are anxiously waiting for the birth of our little girl - 9 days to due date, but who knows when she'll decide to make her appearance! Daddy's watching the Colts schedule to make sure our OB will be around - there both huge fans and we're in the start of playoffs! Mommy's hanging in there - or hanging "out" there as everyone at work likes to say! Babyrella is moving around everyday - practicing for her big debut - we can't wait! For those of you who are antsy about her name - if we decide to use something other than Babyrella you'll know soon!!
