Walking

I've been trying to get some good pictures of Addie walking, but she always wants to grab the camera! She is doing very well walking now and has figured out that she can reach a whole new world of things from her feet...makes life a little interesting for mom and dad!

Sometimes, when she's in a hurry, it's still easier to crawl!!

Happy Easter!

What a difference a year makes! Addisyn has changed so much and has been such a blessing to us! She amazes us each day with something new and we praise the Lord for giving her to us. We hope each of you has been blessed today as we celebrated the Lord's resurrection and victory over death. What a price He paid for us! May your heart sing each day this year with the joy of our salvation! HE IS RISEN!!!

Where to start?

We had a very interesting week last week - Greenville was hit with a bad ice storm on Tuesday and we lost power for 2 days. Thankfully our friends, Rich and Tish Miller, had power and were gracious enough to let us stay with them while ours was out. We had a great time with thier family and are so thankful for all the great friends God has given us here. We got home on Thursday and Ryan headed to Columbus on Friday to broadcast the Regional girls basketball tournament. In the mean time the "Blizzard of '08" hit us and Ryan and his coworker got stuck in Columbus. Addie and I were cozy and warm in our house - if somewhat, ok, REALLY, bored! Ryan made it home Sunday afternoon and then went back to Columbus on Monday to broadcast the State Championship. Congratulations to the Versailles girls basketball team for winning the State title!!
We are all home now, healthy and starting to get back into our normal routine. Hopefully spring is on it's way - we are looking forward to being outdoors more and enjoying the sunshine and spring air!
