...in order to get anything done! Addie still likes to be carried in my sling, but not nearly as often as when she was smaller. It's been a challenge lately to get things done while chasing her out of all sorts of mischief so I've started trying new ways of containing her - like the laundry basket! She thought is was fun just long enough for me to get the bed made, the laundry put away, the bathroom wiped down, and myself dressed. The truly amazing thing is that I got all of that done in 7 1/2 minutes - just in time for the next adventure!

Sometimes I have to get creative...

Growing, growing, growing!

It really does seem like yesterday that we brought Addie home from the hospital and it's just amazing to me how quickly she has grown! It's so much fun to watch her learn new tricks and discover new things to get into...! She has been such a happy baby (except for the days of teething!) and she brings so much joy to each day. Her favorite thing this week has been to crawl on top of one of us and giggle as she tries desperately to disconnect our nose from our face! It can be a little painful for us - but she thinks it's hysterical!!

I'll help, Mom...

It's been awhile...
Ok, so I've said this before, but I'm really going to try to keep up with a blog so that everyone can see and read about the adventures of our little girl. She is so busy these days - at the moment she's found a stray sheet of stickers near the piano - from yesterday's lessons, I'm sure - and is chewing and shredding it to pieces. I may find little gold stars on her for the rest of the day, but she's happy and not hurting anything! I'm posting a few of my favorite pictures from the last few weeks - I hope they make you smile! If the one of her after she took her diaper off doesn't make you smile, I don't know what will...
